Tuscany Style Club Sandwich


With robust Golden Greek Peppers, this Tuscany Style Club Sandwich is sure to please even the most discriminating palate.

  • 1 26oz Jar Safie Mild Pepperoncini
  • 1 16oz Jar Safie Mild Banana Pepper Rings or Safie Hot Banana Pepper Rings (optional)
  • 1/8 Pound Capicola Ham, thinly sliced
  • 2 Slices Provolone Cheese
  • 1 Slice Mozzarella Cheese, thinly sliced
  • 4 Slices Tuscany or Old World Bread, thinly sliced
  • Handful Curly Green or Red Leaf Lettuce
  • Handful Arugula
  • 1 Medium-Sized Sweet Onion
  • 2 Slices Tomato
  • 1 Small Yellow Pepper
  • 1 Small Cucumber
  • 4 Leaves Basil
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Freshly-ground Black Pepper
  • 4 Toothpicks


  1. Prep

    Divide and Spread the Olive Oil on both sides of the middle-stacked slice of bread.

    Spread the remaining Olive Oil on the inside of top slice and on the inside of the bottom slice

    Sprinkle fresh ground pepper evenly on oiled side of bread

    Start the layering

    Bottom Bread

    1 leaf of Romaine Lettuce trimmed

    16th Pound Cap cola Ham, placed flat onto bread

    16th Pound Cap cola Ham, placed flat onto bread

    2 slice provolone cheese 2nd Sliced Bread

    6 leaves arugula

    16th Pound Cap cola Ham, rolled and placed onto bread

    4 leaves fresh basil, sliced

    ½ buffalo mozzarella cheese, sliced thin

    2 slices tomato 3rd Sliced Bread

    Sliced cucumber

    2 slices sweet onion

    2 large leaves of curly red lettuce

    1/8 Pound Capicola Ham , rolled and placed onto bread

    ½ buffalo mozzarella cheese, sliced thin

    Place the 4th piece of bread on the top

    Carefully slice the sandwich in half, then cut in half again if possible. Place pepperoncini on top of each sandwich and hold in place with a toothpick. For a spicier flavor, add Safie Hot Banana Pepper Rings. Serve immediately and enjoy!
